Calculation method
- 1The first worksheet is extracted, sharedStrings and inline text resolved, and rows written as RFC 4180 CSV with the delimiter you choose.
- 2Ragged rows are padded to the widest row so downstream imports see a rectangular table.
Assumptions and limits
- Only the first worksheet converts in V1; formulas arrive as their last calculated value and date cells as Excel serial numbers unless stored as text.
- File contents are processed locally and never uploaded; the only telemetry is an aggregate operation counter with no file names, column names or contents.
