Transparent methodology

What the result includes—and what it does not

Updated SolveKit technical review — HTTP batch QA

Built for developers, content teams and migration owners checking many public URLs without a desktop application.

Calculation method

  1. 1Normalize and validate each public HTTP or HTTPS URL before a request is made.
  2. 2Fetch up to eight URLs per batch, follow a bounded redirect path and record final status, destination, duration and transferred HTML size.
  3. 3Export the normalized inventory as CSV and keep failed requests visible instead of silently dropping them.

Assumptions and limits

  • Response time is observed from SolveKit's Worker and is not a Core Web Vital or a universal availability measurement.
  • A target can return different content or status by location, user agent, cookies, rate limit or authentication.
  • The crawler does not bypass bot protection, login or robots rules.

Worked example

Prelaunch inventory of 300 URLs

Input: A domain with a sitemap and linked pages, checked with the 500-URL ceiling.

Output: A CSV of requested URL, final URL, status, redirect count, response time, title, robots and canonical.

How to use it

From public URL to verified release.

  1. 1Choose the release mission and declare whether the scope should be public.
  2. 2Keep the page open while respectful batches read public HTML and cross page signals.
  3. 3Export the evidence, deploy the fix, then load the project to verify the same scope.

Built for trust

Evidence without a false promise.

  • No registration or paywall before your result.
  • Only public URLs are fetched; HTML is not written into the project.
  • Ready to ship describes the checked scope; it never guarantees indexing or ranking.

Frequently asked questions

Can I check hundreds of HTTP status codes online?

Yes. The tool discovers same-host URLs from links and sitemaps and checks them in small batches up to your selected limit, then exports requested URL, final destination, response status and timing.

Does the checker follow redirects?

Yes. It records each accepted redirect hop up to a safety limit and reports the final response. Long chains and failed destinations become release issues rather than being hidden behind the final code.

What does a zero or ERR status mean?

It means the Worker did not receive an HTTP response within the allowed request. DNS, TLS, access rules, a timeout, an oversized response or a blocked address can all cause that result; the evidence line states the observed cause.
